Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee. If an event is cancelled within 3 business days, the deposit will be returned minus the administrative fee. After 3 business days, only a partial deposit will be returned. All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits, once made are non-refundable.

Transfers: The renting party will be charged a $100 administrative fee to change event dates. Dates can be changed as long as there is availability.

Refunds: Rental items and catering are non-refundable. For details on refunds for facility rental, see Cancellations above.
