Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

Cancellations: All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing (or emailed to jill@alpineartcenter.com) and are subject to a $100 minimum administration fee. Rental items, once paid for, are non-refundable. All catering, once paid for, are non-refundable. The deposit is no-refundable.

Transfers: The renting party will be charged a $100 administrative fee to change event dates. Dates can be changed as long as there is availability.

Refunds: Rental items, once paid for, are non-refundable. All catering, once paid for, are non-refundable. The deposit is no-refundable.
