How do I know if my date is available?

To check the Alpine Art Center’s availability, call one of our Event Specialists!


How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date, a deposit of half the rental is required.


When can I come for a tour?

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm by appointment only. Please call to schedule a tour. We would not want you walking in on another person’s event.


When do I need to pay for everything?

All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event on a business day. The date will be on your contract.


What is the seating capacity for the Alpine Art Center?

The Alpine Art Center can seat 300 theater style, 180 for a sit-down dinner, up to 400 for a dance, and 600-700 for a reception (come and go).


Can I bring in my own catering?

Yes though there are restrictions. All food must come prepared. You will have access to the countertops, sinks, and ice machine. See our Self Catering Policy for details. A $200 safety deposit will be required prior to your event and returned upon satisfactory inspection of your event. See Our Self Catering Policy


What can/can’t I do for the sendoff?

We do not allow sparklers, rice, birdseed, or confetti. Bubbles and glow sticks are allowed.


Does the Alpine Art Center allow Alcohol?

Yes with some restrictions. There is an additional nonrefundable fee of $200 to bring alcohol into the venue. This applies for one champagne toast to alcohol being served all night. A licensed bartender must be on duty the entire time alcohol is served. We recommend hiring a server for every 100 guests. The renting party is responsible for cleaning up alcohol, providing alcohol, and providing a licensed bartender. The Alpine Art Center must receive a copy of the bartender’s paperwork and photo ID prior to serving alcohol. See Our Alcohol Policy


Can we burn candles at the Alpine Art Center?

Yes as long as they are in a container to prevent wax dripping on the linens.


Are there any refunds?

Rental items are non-refundable. This includes TV, projector, centerpieces, linens, specialty chairs, tables, and linens. Nothing is refundable 2 weeks prior to the event. For refunds on facility rental, see your contract.


Does the Alpine Art Center do other types of events other than receptions?

Absolutely! The Alpine Art Center is the perfect place for a school dance, company party, company dinner, Quinceanera, Class Reunions, Wedding Anniversaries, School Awards Dinner, Art Show, Stockholders Meeting, and/or Concert.
